Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Person to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of the spa. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the front desk and greeting clients
• Answering customer calls and emails
• Scheduling and planning bookings
• Overseeing the schedules of our therapists
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness everywhere in our facility
• Handling laundry duties
• Assisting clients with any inquiries or concerns
• Collecting customer feedback

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential
• Proficiency in Dutch is a bonus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment
• Customer-oriented attitude

Details:

• Part-time position
• We're looking for someone who can work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
