Summary: The Sales People is a company that partners with B2B tech startups to help them build and scale their revenue engines. They are looking for a tech-literate intern to support their Co-Founder in designing and implementing systems that power sales and growth, focusing on building automations and experimenting with AI workflows. Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining lead generation pipelines - Creating data enrichment workflows - Implementing outbound sales systems - Supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives - Building automations that reduce manual work - Connecting tools across the tech stack - Testing and deploying AI agents and AI workflows - Improving the hiring process - Automating internal reporting - Building systems for lead research and prospecting - Creating tools that help our clients scale sales faster Required Qualifications: - Tech-literate builder - Ability to support in designing and implementing systems that power sales and growth - Experience with building automations and experimenting with AI workflows - Ability to help implement, build, test and scale systems that improve efficiency across sales, operations and hiring - Curiosity about technology and automation - Enjoys solving operational problems - Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment - Technical enough to build things and figure things out quickly Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Automation Platforms: n8n, Zapier, Make - Experience with GTM & Data Tools: Clay, Apify, Instantly, La Growth Machine - Experience with AI & Workflow Tools: CaludOpenAI / GPT, LangChain or AI agents, Notion AI, Airtable, Google Sheets automations - Other Useful Skills: APIs, Web scraping, Data enrichment, Workflow design Required Skills: Automation Platforms, AI Workflows, Data Enrichment Important Skills: APIs, Web Scraping Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity, Technical Literacy
