The Role

We are seeking to recruit for season 2027 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.

Our Kitchen brigade is a major part of our team. We are In the process of building our gastronomic identity and culinary experiences for our guests.

We work with a fully equipped and organised kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven, Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques.

We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism

To be successful in this role you will have to:

• Have an eye for attention to detail

• Able to work with recipes, labelling, inventories etc

• Be willing and able to absorb our principles with accountability and professionalism

• Teamwork, flexibility, and ease in communication

• Kindness, trust, regularity, responsibility, and willingness

• Orientation to the result and the achievement of the goals

• Ability to coordinate

• Organizational skills

• Problem solver (within our ethics and principles)

• Previous service in respective positions minimum 2 year

• Basic knowledge of English for Greeks or good knowledge of English for foreigners

• EU Work Permit is a prerequisite
