Job Description:

The Orchid School is looking for an experienced and dedicated School Coordinator with strong expertise in Early Years Education. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of early childhood development, curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and classroom management to ensure effective teaching and learning across the Early Years section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Early Years teachers and monitor classroom performance.
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation and timely completion of lesson plans.
• Monitor students’ learning progress and developmental milestones.
• Guide teachers in classroom management and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
• Coordinate academic activities, assessments, and student progress reporting.
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Strong and relevant experience in Early Years Education is mandatory.
• Good understanding of early childhood development and teaching methodologies.
• Experience in academic coordination and teacher supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
