Job Description
Summary: The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines, dedicated to building community and providing meaningful work. They are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of their software by testing new features and collaborating with Product Owners and Developers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business users to turn complex requirements into clear, workable stories
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing the latest QA tools and industry best practices
- Champion continuous improvement by recommending ways to refine and optimize our development lifecycle
- Empower the team by driving the adoption of effective QA tools and processes
- Craft comprehensive testing plans to ensure our most critical features are delivered with excellence and precision
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working with N2 systems and internal tools
- Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance
- A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or other certification in software development or quality assurance
