Senior Account Executive at The N2 Company in State College, PA

About the Opportunity

What would you build if you had the freedom to set your own schedule, choose who you work with, and grow your income without a ceiling?

As a Senior Account Executive (known to N2 as Area Directors), you'd launch and lead a Stroll publication in your market, using a proven business model with the training, tools, and national support to help you succeed. It's freedom, built on a plan.

Stroll is the magazine neighbors look forward to, celebrating the people, stories, and businesses that make a community feel like home. Imagine being the person who brings it to life in your area.

Position Summary

We're seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. Area Directors operate as a local publisher: building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents and their stories, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

If accepted, you'd follow a clear, step-by-step launch plan. Your first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you'd grow a business with your name on it.

This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from your home office.

Who You Are

• You want more control over your time, your income, and your future, and you're ready to build toward it.
• You're driven to win, and you take initiative without waiting to be told what's next.
• You value a proven plan and will follow a system that works while making it your own.
• You're a natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts.
• You're curious and coachable, always looking to sharpen your skills and learn from people who've done it before.
• You don't need to check every box. If this sounds like the life you want to build, we want to hear from you.

What Area Directors Do

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's proven tools and processes.

• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.

What Area Directors Love

• Freedom over your time: Build your workday around your life, not the other way around.
• A proven path: Step-by-step training and repeatable systems mean you're never guessing what comes next.
• Something you own: Build a business and a reputation in your market.
• A name in your community: Become the trusted connector between local businesses and the neighborhoods they serve.
