Area Sales Director at The N2 Company in Dayton, OH

About the Opportunity

What would you build if you had the freedom to set your own schedule, choose who you work with, and grow your income without a ceiling?

As an Area Director, you'd launch and lead a Real Producers publication in your market, using a proven business model with the training, tools, and national support to help you succeed. It's freedom, built on a plan.

Real Producers sits at the center of the local real estate community, connecting the top-producing agents in each market with the businesses that serve them, both in print and in person. Imagine being the person behind the publication they're proud to be featured in and the events they don't want to miss.

Position Summary

We're seeking an Area Sales Director to launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication in their local market. Area Directors operate as local publishers: building partnerships with businesses that serve the real estate industry, featuring top agents, hosting events that bring them together, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

If accepted, you'd follow a clear, step-by-step launch plan. The first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you'd grow a business with your name on it.

This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from a home office.

• You're a natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts.
• You're curious and coachable, always looking to sharpen your skills and learn from people who've done it before.
• You don't need to check every box. If this sounds like the life you want to build, we want to hear from you.
