Summary: The Little Gym International is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children. They are seeking a Program Director who will teach gymnastics classes, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe environment for children.

Responsibilities:
- Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers!
- Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach!
- Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. We respond in professional ways, but with a personal touch, every time
- Including answering phone calls, texts, emails, instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries required
- Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly
- Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends are all possible shifts, this is not a 9 to 5!

Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in child development
- A background in physical education
- A background in gymnastics
