Front Counter Team Member (Part-Time) at The Little… · Longwood

We're a Dutch sourdough bakery opening our first storefront in Longwood, FL in mid-November 2026, and we're looking for a friendly, quick person to join our front counter team.

What you'll do: greet customers, take orders and payments on Square, box loaves and pastries, hand out pre-orders, and keep the pastry case full and the counter spotless.

Schedule: part-time, 3-4 days a week (Thursday-Sunday), 7 AM to about 2:30 PM. We open at 8, so you'll help set up before doors open. Weekend morning availability is a must.

Pay: $15/hour plus shared tips.

Team: everyone on our small team is cross-trained, so you'll learn the counter, the Toast Bar, and the bakery and pitch in wherever you're needed.

About you: warm, reliable, and comfortable with a fast line. Retail or cafe experience is a plus, not required.

Start date: before opening, so you can train with the team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 30.0 per week
