HR Recruiter at The Lending Tree Commercial Brokers LLC in Dubai

The Lending Tree is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the UAE banking, mortgage, or financial services industry.

We are looking for someone who understands the UAE financial services recruitment market, has experience sourcing quality candidates, and can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Salary: Upto AED 10000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for mortgage sales, banking, credit underwriting, operations, and other financial services roles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of banking and mortgage professionals across the UAE.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, suitability, and career expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience in the UAE banking, mortgage, or financial services industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience hiring for banking, mortgage sales, credit, or financial services positions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and banking/mortgage industry.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, and other candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
