Summary: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to provide excellent customer service, focus on membership and retail sales, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
