A scaled enterprise SaaS company with $1B+ ARR and more than 2,000 employees (and plans for a future US IPO) is preparing to hire a VP of Compliance, Litigation & Employment Law reporting directly to the CLO.

The company is undergoing a meaningful evolution in how it structures the role and broader legal/compliance function, with the position expected to operate at the intersection of compliance strategy, litigation oversight, employment law, and enterprise risk management. The mandate is expected to be highly cross-functional and deeply embedded with leadership as the business continues scaling globally.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience across compliance, litigation, employment, and operational legal strategy within sophisticated technology or enterprise environments. Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-moving organization will be critical.

The search is focused on candidates based in the EST time zone, with particular interest in leaders located in NYC, Boston, or Washington D.C., though remote candidates are also being considered with a preference for hybrid alignment in those markets.
