Summary: Kessler Hospitality is a portfolio of artistically inspired boutique hotels, and they are seeking a Rooms Intern to gain experience in the Front Office and Housekeeping Department. The internship offers on-the-job training, guest interaction, and opportunities to build relationships with hospitality professionals while providing high levels of service. Responsibilities: - Process check-ins, check-outs & room assignments - Operate phones, process wake-up calls, assist with guest questions and concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, addressing guest special requests, wash, fold, stack and transfer linens - Ensure both qualities of product and productivity of labor in the housekeeping department - Greet and interact with internal and external guests in a genuine warm and friendly manner using professional and Kessler standard language - Maintain the integrity of the guests’ privacy, including confidentiality of personal information and key control Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in College/University or recent graduate and eligible for internship programs Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to communicate in the English language
