Summary: The IMA Group is seeking a motivated and personable Patient Recruiter to support enrollment efforts for active clinical studies. In this role, you will connect with potential study participants, guide them through the screening process, and support groundbreaking research studies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
- Pre-screen candidates for study eligibility
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with research staff
- Educate participants on study expectations and next steps
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation
- Provide a positive and professional participant experience

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone throughout the day
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service, call center, healthcare, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or coursework in Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- Passion for healthcare, clinical research, or behavioral health
