The DAIO Strategy & Innovation Intern will support strategic initiatives and operational improvements in Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations, collaborating closely with senior leaders and gaining hands-on experience in shaping enterprise-level strategies. Responsibilities: - Support and assist the deliver of strategic initiatives across DAIO Strategy and Innovation - Partner with DAIO senior leadership to assist in execution of DAIO strategy, goals, objectives, and priorities aligned to enterprise strategy - Partner with DAIO Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across executive deliverables - Partner to conduct research on emerging technology, trends, tools and best practices - Contribute to internal presentations, reports and strategy documents - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback - Assist in conducting market, competitor, and industry analyses to inform strategic priorities and executive decision‑making - Synthesize external insights with internal performance data to shape strategic recommendations - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping navigate ambiguity and drive clarity Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Management, Finance or other related fields - Strong interest in corporate strategy or management consulting - Familiarity and interest in artificial intelligence, innovation and strategy - Familiarity with AI tools - Analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment - Ability to demonstrate and complete high quality deliverables - Experience with research, consulting or strategy projects Required Skills: Artificial intelligence, AI tools, Research, Consulting, Strategy, Analytical thinking, work collaboratively Benefits: Short-term or annual bonuses, Long-term incentives, On-the-spot recognition
