Oracle Cloud SCM Senior Consultant (EEA NSA) at The Hackett… · Mexico

General Profile Provide functional support and leadership to multiple clients across numerous industries. This position is focused around supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules. This includes Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Execution, and other SCM work areas. You will act as SME for Oracle SCM modules and advise solutions to client issues, provide guidance regarding “best practices”, deliver client communications, manage tasks, and expectations. You will create and maintain effective client relationships leading to meaningful projects for our team.

Responsibilities

• Support the client post go-live and provide resolution to issues and questions
• Engage in client projects as required
• Update configurations and settings
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the SCM modules
• Work with clients to develop solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met
• Assist in documentation and provide training
• Collaborate with technical resources for integrations, documentation, and complex issue resolution
• Act as a liaison between client teams, both technical and functional in nature
• Present updates to clients on a regular basis

Preferred experience

• Working specifically with Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement work areas
• Hands on experience in configuration, requirements gathering, creating documentation, and testing
• Experience working alongside and communicating directly with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
