**Hiring Immediately — Education DirectorThe Goddard School® — Doylestown, PA (Farm Lane)**We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible — apply today!

The Goddard School of Doylestown is at an exciting inflection point. Under new ownership since early 2026, we are actively investing in our people, our classrooms, and our culture. We are looking for an Education Director who wants to be part of building something, not just maintaining it. If you are a self-starter who brings ideas, owns execution, and thrives in an environment where your impact is visible every day, this is your opportunity.

This is not a role for someone who needs to be managed. It’s a role for someone who wants to lead.

Why Lead Our School?

• Real Ownership Partnership: You will work directly alongside an engaged, on-site owner who is present, invested, and collaborative. You’ll have the autonomy to run the school and the support to do it well. Bring your ideas and we will build together.
• A School in Ascent: We are a growing, established Goddard franchise in the heart of Bucks County actively raising our standards, investing in our staff, and building the kind of school families rave about. You will have a direct hand in shaping what that looks like.
• Launchpad Potential: For the right person, this role offers a front-row seat to school ownership and business operations within the Goddard franchise system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily school operations with confidence and minimal oversight. Own the calendar, the culture, and the execution.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a team of educators who are proud of where they work
• Support teachers in delivering high-quality, play-based curriculum aligned with Goddard’s Wonder of Learning program
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families through proactive communication and genuine presence
• Drive enrollment through tours, community engagement, and relationship building
• Maintain full compliance with PA DHS licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the owner to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and move the school forward
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide meaningful feedback that helps teachers grow

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be asked
• Someone who brings ideas to the table and has the follow-through to execute them
• A genuine love for children and early childhood education
• Strong communicator with families, staff, and ownership
• Organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Experience leading or directing an early childhood program preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field required
• Working knowledge of PA DHS licensing requirements

What We Offer

• $48,000-$55,000 salary based on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with employer match
• Generous paid time off and paid holidays
• Childcare discount for your own children
• Quarterly staff outings
• Newly renovated classrooms, bright and modern and designed for great teaching
• A school community that is growing and an owner who shows up
