Job Description

Advertising Assistants will help sell ad spaces by contacting media buyers and decision makers in different companies and businesses. Their task is to make creative proposals and convincing presentations to close as many deals as possible while networking, finding leads and training new recruits.

Qualifications

• Proficient office experience, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Knowledge of magazine/digital publishing is desirable.
• Experience in the field, bachelor's degree a plus but not necessary
• Prospecting skills – Interest in cold calling.
• Effective communication and client presentation skills.
• High energy, results driven attitude.

Additional Information

The position listed will initially be commission based. After meeting monthly quota, salary plus commission will be available.
