Shift Manager (Retail/Gas) at The Exchange in Chicopee, MA

Summary: The Exchange is the retailer on US Army and Air Force installations worldwide, and they are seeking a Shift Manager to assist in planning, managing, and directing retail store operations. The role involves maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with various regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and operational duties
- Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction
- Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth
- Perform other duties as assigned

- One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required
- Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules
- Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
- Fuel Management Compliance within 3 months of assuming position

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Convenience Store/Gas Station experience preferred
