DPI Staffing is hiring a temporary Receptionist for our client in the southeast Portland area! Some of what you may be doing:
- Greeting clients and welcome them into the building. Assist clients with getting to their appointments and training.
- Answering and directing inbound calls.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining digital records of clients.
- 1 year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role
- Experience working with Microsoft office, Teams, and adobe
- Strong organizational skills and comfort balancing multiple priorities throughout the work day
