• Teaching rigorous curriculum in a high-quality and exciting way • Thriving as part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture and implementing school-wide policies within classrooms and throughout the campus • Committing to constant professional growth through feedback, coaching, and professional development • Using student achievement data to set ambitious academic goals for students • Constantly assessing student progress, and communicating results to families and colleagues • Providing individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance • Committing to tutoring, after school activities, and being a part of the larger school community

Qualified candidates have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (in science) • At least two years of working with youth

A teaching demonstration is required.
