Summary: The Coca-Cola Company is a global leader in the beverage industry, and they are seeking a Procurement Consultant to support their Global Procurement and Supply Chain Services Organization. The role involves managing and analyzing data to provide insights that drive improvement in procurement processes. Responsibilities: - Execute day-to-day delivery of sourcing operations services. Activities include: - Facilitate sourcing events (e.g. RFP, RFI) through E-Sourcing tool management (i.e. develop bid sheets and cost model, configure E-Sourcing event settings) - Collaborate with category managers to ensure compliance to sourcing requirements - Review and approve catalog information for upload to TCCC systems - Lead key analytics activities to provide insight and drive improvement - Provide analytical rigor and technical expertise to improve decision-making - Act as subject matter expert on sourcing operations policies, processes, and systems - Participate in development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives - Provide leadership with regular, prioritized updates and escalated issues about operations - Communicate key analytics insights by creating and delivering presentations to TCCC teams, executive leaders and sponsors - Collaborate with category managers to build an understanding of category strategy, supplier markets, & processes Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain - 1+ years of work experience in the areas of engineering, business, and/or supply chain - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent analytical skills and judgement - Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of RDBMS (via SQL) concepts - Data visualization and story telling expertise - Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes - Familiarity with mathematical optimization and linear programming - E-Sourcing experience Preferred Qualifications: - advanced degree - programming expertise (e.g. XML, VBA, Python) Required Skills: Excel, SQL, Data Visualization, ETL Processes, Mathematical Optimization, Linear Programming, E-Sourcing, XML, VBA, Python Benefits: A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
