Summary: The Clorox Company is committed to growth for its people and brands. They are seeking interns for their Research and Development organization to work on product development and refinement, utilizing state-of-the-art laboratories and pilot plants for hands-on projects. Responsibilities: - Engineers are needed to work in product, packaging, and process development, which involves understanding consumer needs, investigating future technologies, and designing and developing functional and cost-effective solutions across all of Clorox's brands - This would include consumer testing, mechanical and chemical performance testing and package component qualifications both in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing plants - New formulation development and formula scale-up of cleaning products - Non-wovens (wipes) handling and converting for exploratory projects - Equipment optimization and new process development for salad dressings and sauces Required Qualifications: - B.S. Chemical Engineering - B.S. Biomedical Engineering - B.S. BioEngineering - B.S. Materials Science Engineering - B.S.
