Job Description
The Classic Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Talent Success team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in human resources within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Working under the supervision of the Talent Success Manager, the intern will support key HR functions including onboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Help organize and maintain personnel files and HR records
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and interview coordination
- Assist with employee training sessions and Talent Success events
- Gain exposure to compliance, payroll, and benefits processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Current college student interested in HR, business, or hospitality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication and a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
