The Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all required internal and external reporting obligations are met, including monthly reporting of site safety metrics. Through planning, leading, evaluating, and continuously improving the awareness and practice of safe construction methods, the specialist will strive to create a project environment encouraging a collaborative working spirit and an integrated project culture

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction management or other related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least one year experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
- First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.
Compensation
Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $84,000 annually
Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $66,000 to $84,000; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations.
Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.

In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
