The FP&A Analyst will support strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making, partnering closely with finance and accounting teams while engaging with senior leadership and M&A-related initiatives. Responsibilities: - Support strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders - Provide analytical support for M&A-related initiatives Required Qualifications: - 1–2 years of professional experience in analytical finance, consulting, or transaction advisory role - Hands-on experience with financial or accounting analysis, modeling, and valuation - Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, or stakeholder-driven environments - Advanced Excel proficiency - Bachelor's degree required - Corporate Finance Analyst, Accounting roles with strong analytical exposure, Investment Banking Analyst, Consulting Analyst, Transaction Advisory Analyst, or Valuation Analyst - Experience in fast-paced, client-driven or stakeholder-heavy environments - Financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis - Financial statement and accounting analysis - Advanced Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving - Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously - Ability to independently solve open-ended, complex problems using data - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources - Knowledge of company policies, and general knowledge of applicable federal, state and local accounts payable laws, government accounts payable regulations - Knowledge of principles and procedures for legally identifying the best people for the job, hiring, motivating, developing and directing people as they work - Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and then apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense - Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand - Ability to understand and communicate so others can understand ideas and information - Advanced technical skills with accounts payable programs, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Qualifications: - Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred Required Skills: Financial modeling, Valuation analysis, Financial statement analysis Important Skills: Advanced Excel, Analytical thinking Nice-to-Have Skills: Stakeholder management Benefits: Club Membership, Competitive Compensation, Discounts on club services and amenities, Continuing Education, Community Involvement, Paid Time off, Health Insurance
