QIDP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR The QIDP Residential Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements while promoting a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for residents. The coordinator collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized service plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Minimum Qualifications: • Possession of a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) certification or eligibility as defined by applicable state regulations. • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, special education, or a related human services field. • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with IDD in a residential setting. • At least 2 years supervisory experience with at least 1 year supervisory in IDD residential setting. • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices governing residential care programs. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. • Experience in program development and staff supervision within residential care environments. • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and person-centered planning. • Proficiency in electronic health records and case management software. • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
