Regulatory Compliance Requirements
Requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the Canadian Export Control List, the ITAR or the EAR
Requires a positive Controlled Goods assessment as you will have direct access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
Required to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the NATO Secret Level
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Support Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain processes, data analysis, and logistics support, ideal for a 1st or 2nd-year university student interested in developing skills in supply chain management and logistics support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Process, track, and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) entitlements for all storerooms;
Assist in managing inventory levels, change requests, and other Supply Support requests;
Support the implementation and maintenance of Material Master data in SAP;
Support various data collection and entry related to supply chain operations;
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and provide actionable insights;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate supply delivery;
Participate in preparing reports and various technical documentation;
Learn to use supply chain management software and tools;
Participate in departmental improvement projects;
Report on material delivery metrics and Program KPIs, as defined;
Support the Program stakeholders by addressing material queries in a timely manner;
Participate in regular team meetings, advising on material status, and recommending remedial action for any potential issues;
Ensure relevant standards, procedures / practices and controls are being followed;
Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a university program (1st or 2nd year preferred), ideally in Supply Chain Management,
Business / Commerce, Logistics, or related fields;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
Detail-oriented and eager to learn;
Independent worker, self-starter and require minimal supervision;
