We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative to join our growing e-commerce team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer inquiries, managing Shopify orders, confirming orders through WhatsApp and phone calls, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process, verify, update, and manage customer orders through Shopify.
• Order Confirmation: Contact customers via WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm orders and verify delivery details.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Messenger.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, delivery concerns, exchanges, and order-related issues effectively.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the fulfillment team and courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Order Follow-Ups: Track pending, delayed, and unresolved orders and keep customers updated.
• Daily Operations: Maintain accurate order records and support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce customer support or order management preferred.
• Basic understanding of Shopify and online order processing.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Messenger for customer support.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues independently.
• Professional, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Applicants residing in Karachi, preferably near Tariq Road, will be preferred.

What We Offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 22,000 – 35,000, depending on experience and working hours.
