Summary: TGI Office Automation is a second-generation family-owned business providing scalable office technology solutions. They are seeking a Credit & Collections Coordinator to manage and collect timely payments while providing excellent customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Accurate and efficient collection of outstanding receivables - Ability to comfortably handle a high volume of phone calls, both incoming and outgoing - Resolve customer disputes in a professional and timely manner. Provide superb customer service over phone and e-mail with a positive and helpful attitude - Maintain and establish customer credit limits based on account history - Manage and approve daily requests for service and supplies based on current customer status - Manage the approval process of Dealer invoices based on account status - Assist management with any issues/projects as needed - Perform other duties as required Required Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to communicate effectively with customers and with all levels of management - Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Some professional experience, particularly in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs - Professional presentation; is confident, enthusiastic and displays a high level of self-motivation - Solid time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner; able to work independently Preferred Qualifications: - College degree preferred - 1 to 2 years of industry experience and/or collection experience is strongly preferred Required Skills: Credit Collections, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Benefits: Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, PTO, 401(k)
