Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Coricraft - Epping

Location: Western Cape, South Africa

The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services and partnering with operational leadership to drive employee engagement, capability, compliance and business performance across manufacturing operations.

• Drive and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives while supporting workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll support, employee benefits, and HR reporting.

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, incapacity management, and union engagement.

• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, bargaining council requirements, company policies, and Employment Equity objectives.

• Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement, wellness, recognition, learning and development, and leadership capability initiatives.

• Analyse and present HR metrics and insights to support informed business decision-making and continuous organisational improvement.

• Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field.

• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience.

• Manufacturing experience advantageous.

• Strong ER, recruitment and labour law experience.
