Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for Acumatica, managing configurations, user setup, and functional support for financials, project accounting, and multi-entity operations - Work directly with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. You will translate 'what the business needs' into 'how the system works.' - Maintain and support practical AI/ML solutions, including Python-based data pipelines and automation scripts that drive operational impact - Manage APIs and integrations between Acumatica and internal lab systems (LIMS) or external platforms - Create custom reports, SQL queries, and visual dashboards to provide leadership with actionable data Required Qualifications: - 1–3+ years of experience with mid-sized ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar).
