Summary: Texas Orthopedic and Spine Associates is seeking a driven and ambitious Medical Sales Intern to join their commercial team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the healthcare and medical sector, supporting senior representatives and doctors with territory management, referral outreach, and patient education.

Responsibilities:
- Accompany senior sales reps on hospital, clinic, and physician office visits
- Learn our core medical portfolio to assist with product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical staff training sessions
- Research potential accounts, identify decision-makers, and assist with cold-calling or appointment setting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update the CRM pipeline, and organize sales collateral
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and hospital purchasing procedures
- Coordinate with internal logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth post-sales execution

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor
- Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn complex technical information
- Strong time management skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
