Sr Mgr Business Application at Teva in Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN

We Are Teva

We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.

Our Team, Your Impact

This is a rare opportunity to shape the architectural backbone of a global pharmaceutical leader at a moment when data and AI are redefining how medicines reach patients. As Senior Manager, you'll lead the Data Lake Operations across Teva's entire data platform — setting the direction for Databricks and Azure, designing the foundations that make AI and machine learning production-ready at scale, and establishing the data governance standards that keep it all trustworthy. You won't be executing someone else's blueprint; you'll be drawing it, working across business and technology leadership to turn a sprawling data landscape into a coherent, well-governed platform that teams actually want to build on. For a leader who wants breadth, autonomy, and visible impact — where the systems you design ultimately support better health outcomes for millions of people.

•Own data engineering initiatives from design through production deployment, applying CI/CD, security, and operational best practices.

•Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize data delivery.
