Location: Head Office - Erandwane, Pune (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

(Sunday Off)

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements,bank statements, and business performance.
• Prepare financial models, ratio analysis, cash flow projections, and project feasibility reports.
• Assist in structuring Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Vendor finance and Unsecured Business Loans.
• Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions throughout the loan process.
• Track sanctions, documentation, disbursements, and post-disbursement compliance.
• Prepare proposals, reports and client presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and transaction databases.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and lending institutions
• Coordinate with clients for financial information and documentation.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Experience: Freshers

• Qualification: Recent graduate /post graduate with a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field,
• Fluent communication in English , Hindi Marathi Language
