Job Description
Summary: Terabase Energy is focused on digitalization and automation in large scale solar projects. As a Project Delivery Intern, you will support the Project Operations & Delivery team with project coordination, customer engagement, and data analysis, gaining hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with schedule tracking, invoicing and purchasing activities, document control, action tracking, and general administrative support across active projects
- Help coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate the adoption of AI capabilities through the identification of new automation opportunities and process refinement suggestions which may reduce the human labor requirements through AI-based tool utilization (copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Assisting with customer feedback collection for Construct web and mobile app features and participating in analysis and reporting of feedback to support feature development
- Support customer engagement efforts by preparing presentations and status updates
- Support Cora PPM administrative duties such as monitoring the help desk email, tracking bug tickets and resolutions, managing action item tracker, and building reports for Project Managers
- Assist with quality and systems initiatives, including QMS implementation support and ensuring project documentation meets required standards
- Support the team in optimizing documenting lessons learned, project tracking, and workflows, including support for ARENA BOM implementation and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, GIS/Remote Sensing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced skill with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest or coursework in renewable energy, project management, or data analytics
- Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Familiarity with solar energy components and construction processes is a plus
