Summary: Tepa Companies is a tribally owned firm providing comprehensive solutions in construction and engineering. They are seeking a Construction Intern who will gain exposure to various construction management areas and contribute to projects while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assisting with field execution support of construction projects - Assisting with estimating, scheduling, developing bid packages, issuing RFI’s, and coordination of submittals - Observing and supervising construction activities - Assisting with project close out activities - Learn about the Support of our Field Staff - Interacting with design professionals and construction management teams - Assisting with tracking and forecasting project budgets - Assisting with safety enforcement - Organizing and attending project meetings - Performing other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or another related field from an accredited program - Must be within two years of graduation (Rising Junior/Rising Senior) - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Demonstrated leadership skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise - Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Required Skills: Construction Management, Estimating, Scheduling Important Skills: Microsoft Office Nice-to-Have Skills: Resourcefulness, Multitasking, Prioritization, Leadership, Organizational Skills, Working Under Pressure Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, Generous paid time off and holidays, 401(k) plan with company match, Life insurance, Flexible spending and health savings account, Mental health support and resources, Short and long-term disability, Tuition reimbursement
