They are seeking a Design Intern for Teneo Studio, where the intern will support the creative team on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in design and branding. Responsibilities: - Support the Studio team in delivering high-quality creative across internal projects - Assist in developing design concepts based on project briefs and guidance from senior team members - Help create and format a range of materials, including presentations, reports, one-pagers, and other business documents - Contribute to digital assets such as website graphics, email invitations, and marketing materials - Apply established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables - Assist with basic layout, typesetting, and image selection - Help review work for accuracy and consistency before final delivery - Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail - Collaborate with team members across Studio and Marketing Required Qualifications: - Rising senior currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field - Demonstrated interest in design through coursework, internships, or personal projects - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a must - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment - Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple assignments Required Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Graphic design, Visual communications, Willingness to learn Benefits: Engaging social events, Interactive lunch & learns, Speaker events, Plenty of free snacks and drinks
