Job Description
Summary: Tencent's Level Infinite is a global gaming brand dedicated to delivering engaging gaming experiences. They are seeking a proactive and data-driven Product Manager Intern to support the development of Databrain Agent, focusing on user insights, product operations, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback collection
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities
- Track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement)
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance
- Support experiment design (A/B testing, feature rollouts)
- Help design onboarding flows and improve user activation
- Support go-to-market efforts, including documentation and user education
- Identify and test growth opportunities (feature discoverability, usage expansion)
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to support feature launches
- Assist in writing PRDs, operational docs, and user-facing materials
- Help prioritize improvements based on data insights and user impact
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields)
- Strong interest in product operations, growth, or data-driven product management
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI products or LLM-based tools
- Interest in gaming, data platforms, or AI agents
- Previous internship or project experience in product ops, growth, or analytics
