What the Role Entails Act as a trusted operational partner to studios, helping them navigate development, coordination, and execution challenges in a hands-on way Help teams shape and translate strategy, milestones, and product goals into clear execution plans and realistic delivery roadmaps Support partner teams in improving planning quality, communication flow, and cross-functional collaboration Identify delivery risks early and work with product, development, and leadership teams to define mitigations and maintain momentum Contribute to portfolio-level thinking by highlighting patterns, common risks, and opportunities to improve execution across multiple teams Travel regularly to work directly with studios and strengthen collaboration, alignment, and trust Who We Look For 10+ years of experience in game production and/or project management Experience shipping at least one AAA PC or console title in a senior production role, such as Senior Producer, Lead Producer, Development Director, or equivalent Strong track record of supporting the development and delivery of shipped game titles Proven ability to manage complex development environments involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and dependencies Strong understanding of game development pipelines across design, engineering, art, QA, and publishing functions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and partner teams Ability to bring structure and clarity to teams without becoming overly process-heavy Comfortable operating across multiple projects at once while maintaining clear visibility on status, risks, and needs Willingness to travel and work directly with partner studios when needed Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
