Job Description
Summary: Tencent is a leading global platform for game development, operations, and publishing. The Game Project Management Intern will collaborate with multiple teams to develop strategies for the successful publishing of games in America, assist with content operations, and conduct research on the American gaming market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including Operations, Brand, Influencer, Community, Partnership, etc, to develop strategies that impact the successful publishing of games in America
- Assist with content operations and marketing strategy support, participate in content planning and creation, track content data and assist in strategy optimization
- Responsible for marketing asset planning and production with the agency, tracking asset performance for future optimization
- Assist with cross-department communication and coordination, facilitate online/offline event execution
- Conduct research on mature products in the American market and produce analysis reports
Required Qualifications:
- Gaming Enthusiast: Deep gaming player with broad knowledge and passion for various games, preferably with experience playing MOBA genre
- Strong project management skills with the ability to dive into details and think clearly about project timelines and interdependencies
- Community Operations Skills: Familiar with mainstream American gaming community platforms, understanding of American player culture and community ecosystem
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively communicate with players, teams, and partners
- Strong Learning Ability: Able to quickly learn new tools and platforms, adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Strong interest in the gaming industry, following industry trends
- Basic proficiency in office software and design tools
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in game community management and content creation
- Familiarity with social media platform algorithms and operation strategies
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, etc
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
