Summary: Proxima Beta U.S. LLC, part of Tencent's global gaming brand Level Infinite, is seeking a Game Operations Intern. The role involves researching the North American gaming market, supporting live operations for game publishing, and collaborating with teams in both China and the US. Responsibilities: - Research the NA gaming market and NA player behavior, while tracking and sharing relevant industry news - Support live operations for our game publishing in North America, including (but not limited to) event design and implementation, data analysis and monitoring, monetization, and user behavior analysis. You will also be responsible for key game metrics such as DAU and revenue - Collaborate with both the HQ team in China and cross-functional partners in the US—including UA, marketing, and PR—and serve as a key bridge between the HQ and local teams Required Qualifications: - Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets - High sensitivity to industry trends and a deep understanding of gamers—especially those in the US market - Optimistic, open-minded, and eager to try new things - Familiar with US culture and mainstream trends - Passion for gaming is essential - Strong commitment to building a long-term career in the game industry - Solid technical expertise to help monitor technical issues of newly launched games and provide necessary support Required Skills: Data analysis, User behavior analysis, Game monetization, Technical issue monitoring, Gaming industry knowledge, North American gaming market knowledge, Optimism, Eagerness to learn Benefits: 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, Up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, Full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan
