Responsibilities: - Drive End-to-End Product Ownership: Engage in intensive customer research to translate vague customer problems into clear, functional and impactful technical solutions - Design & Prototype Experiences (Design Focus): Apply an empathy-first mindset to deeply understand unmet needs. You will rapidly prototype and design user experiences, leveraging AI tools (Codex, Clause AI, Cursor, Studio AI, etc) and internal Tempus agent solutions to minimize concept-to-code lag - Develop and Engineer Solutions (Build Focus): Go beyond prompt engineering to actively build and deploy your solution, leading with model vs. code. This involves rapid iteration, defining metrics for success, model evaluation, and leveraging AI/Agentic tools to accelerate tasks like research, coding, and design - Champion Tempus Standards & Scale: Break down complex problems into simplified, executable solutions.
