We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support several residential properties in the Downtown area. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, energetic, and eager to contribute to a well‑maintained, resident‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Report directly to Maintenance Manager
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties
- Complete repairs including basic electrical and plumbing (101-level)
- Troubleshoot home appliances; HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Assist with carpentry, masonry, and general building upkeep
- Prepare apartments for move‑in
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and workspace
- Clear snow and maintain safe walkways during winter months
- Must work well alone and with others.
- Carry out additional projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license
- Ability to use stairs, lift medium-weight items, and work safely on ladders
- Ability to respond to on‑call needs when required
- Positive, willing attitude with strong work ethic
- Must be energetic and dependable
- Non‑smoking facilities
