They are seeking a motivated student intern to join their Product Strategy team, where the intern will support product strategy through market research, data analysis, and collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities: - You will support the Product Strategy team with research, analysis, and documentation related to core banking products - You will assist in gathering and analyzing market, customer, and competitor insights to support product positioning and roadmap discussions - You will help prepare strategy presentations, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders - You will collect and organize data related to product performance, trends, and industry benchmarks - You will support coordination of strategy meetings, workshops, and reviews - You will conduct information research on banking technology trends, digital banking, and financial services innovation - You will maintain structured documentation and organize shared materials and communications - You will collaborate closely with Product Management, PMO, and other teams to support strategic initiatives - You will communicate findings clearly and concisely to team members Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled as a university student (Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field) - You should have interest in product strategy, fintech, banking, or technology-driven products - You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - You should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail - You should have ability to work with data and basic quantitative information - You should have clear written and verbal communication skills - You should be curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment Required Skills: Product strategy, Fintech, Banking technology, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Data analysis, Market research, Analytical skills, Clear written, Curiosity Benefits: Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month, Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
