Support internal audit preparation, including gathering evidence and organizing documentation
Help track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits and nonconformances
Assist with formatting, organizing, and updating the QMS documentation library
Support rollout and training activities when new or updated QMS processes are introduced
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Program Management colleagues to understand how documented processes are used in practice
Take on increasing ownership of QMS documentation tasks as your familiarity with automotive quality standards grows

Willingness to learn automotive-specific quality tools and standards on the job
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Advantages:
Coursework, internship, or academic project experience related to quality management, process improvement, or automotive engineering
Basic familiarity with core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans)
Exposure to IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 in a prior role or academic setting
Experience with document management or process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, draw.io)
Interest in pursuing further quality certifications (e.g., IATF 16949 Internal Auditor) as the role develops
Experience in a fast-paced, startup, or newly established team environment
