In thisnewly shapedrole, you will combine hands-on delivery with a solid understanding of people and organizational practices.You will playa central rolein shaping ahigh-performing, adaptive, and purpose-driven organizationby driving key initiatives across leadership development, talentprocessesand culture—strengthening leadership,evolving ways of working, and building future-ready capabilitiesacross the business.Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into practical people solutions that support workforce agility, capability building, and long-term growth. The positionis located inSolna, Sweden. Whatyou’lldo You will lead our People & Organizational Development agenda, ensuring we have the right capabilities, leadership, and culture in place to deliver on our strategy.
