Development Project Manager
Location: Vilnius
I am Nerijus Šeputis, and I am looking for a Development Project Manager for Vilnius & Kaunas region to join our Consumer Connectivity Team at Telia Lithuania. The position could be based in Vilnius or Kaunas.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing fiber expansion plans, managing key real estate development partners in the Vilnius & Kaunas regions, and expanding fiber coverage in Lithuania by collaborating on the latest housing development projects. If you're passionate about project management, customer collaboration, and the real estate industry, this could be the perfect role for you!
What will you do?
You will serve as a trusted partner for real estate developers and customers seeking fiber connections for their new homes.
You will play a key role in achieving Telia's Consumer business fiber targets by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key real estate partners, planning fiber expansion, and managing daily sales activities through Telia’s sales channels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively planning fiber development with key partners and Telia network team, leading and overseeing ongoing development projects, and collaborating closely with sales channels to maximize sales potential.
In addition, you will monitor the competitive landscape and work across teams to address market changes and evolving customer needs.

Experience from the construction, real estate, or project-driven industries, with an understanding of customer needs in building and development projects.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
A data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
A self-driven attitude and a willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
A college or university degree.
Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
A valid Category B driving licence.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2800-3600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
