Overview: As part of an elite Talent Acquisition team, a Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to deliver top-tier performance and consistently achieve recruitment goals while embodying TEKsystems’ core values. The Talent Acquisition Specialist fosters a supportive and inclusive team environment that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• The TA Specialist is responsible for Internal Hiring for various TEKsystems teams across North America
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Talent Acquisition goals and delivery strategies for assigned markets
• Partner with the Directors of Branch Operations and Talent Delivery, Corporate and Field Support Leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain the best candidates for TEKsystems
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, Linked In, Universities, and employee referrals
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from Req qualification through hiring and onboarding
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies
• Leverage market analytics and labor data to deliver actionable insights on current market conditions
• Drive and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through partnerships with university programs by establishing relationships, coordinating and attending campus events
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Responsible for constant training and communication to the field offices on staffing, interviewing and hiring best practices
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of successful overall recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 full Recruiter or AM contest
• As this position involves working on multiple positions at one time, must be able to set up daily and weekly plans and prioritize effectively
• On a virtual team with minimal supervision, qualified candidates will be self-motivated and excel at working autonomously
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, embracing change and continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required as the TA role includes regular communications to leadership, offices and other members of the TA Team
• Upon qualifying a requirement and establishing an effective recruitment plan, the ability to effectively execute and communicate progress is necessary. This requires excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills

• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and can interact with all levels of employees including senior leadership
• Must be able to represent TEKsystems in a positive manner both internally and externally
• Travel is required – approximately 10-20%

• Stays current with industry trends and digital innovations to enhance sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and employer branding
Compensation: Base will be between $71,000- $106,000 plus quarterly bonuses dependent on experience.
Location: MST or PST time zone
