Description:

- Good knowledge of Discovery and CMDB along with Integrations (Good
skill in troubleshooting) We do have lots of Software and Hardware
integration hence its mandatory.
- Scripting knowledge is also required
- He/ She should have all the Developer requirements.
- Rest Message end to end knowledge (Configuration,Troubleshooting).
- Portal Widgets knowledge.
- Overall good skill in troubleshooting and debugging skills. Being in
Support project we expect the candidate to knowledgeable on ITSM
process as well.
- Good communication skill as they will be the first point of contact with
Clients, gathering requirements, Understanding the instance and

should be in the position to suggest the best solutions.
- We look forward to a lead who can address the junior developers
technically and support related questions as well.
- Identify pain points in CMDB, prepare a solution and propose a
